Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 7 Tbsp (80g) sugar
- 1 tsp (4g) dry yeast
- 1 cup (250ml) lukewarm milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp (4g) salt
For the Cinnamon-Walnut Filling:
- 1/3 cup (80g) melted butter
- 1/2 cup (80g) sugar
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup (100g) crushed walnuts
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 1/4 cups (300g) cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup (100g) powdered sugar

Instructions
Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine sugar and dry yeast. Add lukewarm milk and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy. Mix in egg and vegetable oil. Gradually add all-purpose flour and salt, kneading until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Make the Cinnamon-Walnut Filling:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and crushed walnuts until well combined.
Assemble the Cinnamon Rolls:
Divide the dough into 9 equal portions. Roll out each piece, spread with the cinnamon-walnut filling, and roll into a log. Place in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 20 minutes.
Bake to Perfection:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
Make the Cream Cheese Frosting:
