Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Brownie Batter

1 – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
2-  In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar until combined.
3- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
4- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder and gently fold until just combined.
5- Spread half of the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Step 2: Make the Peanut Butter Layer

1- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
2- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the brownie batter.
3- Sprinkle the chopped Nutter Butter cookies evenly on top.
4- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the peanut butter layer and smooth it out.

Step 3: Bake the Brownies

1- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Step 4: Prepare the Chocolate Ganache

1- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and heavy cream in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
