Ingredients
Seafood & Pasta:
2 salmon fillets, cubed
1 lobster tail, meat diced
8 oz fettuccine pasta
Seasonings:
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cook the Fettuccine Pasta:
Prepare the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside for later.
2. Season and Sear the Seafood:
Season the cubed salmon and lobster pieces with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the lobster pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes until opaque. Remove and set aside with the salmon.
3. Prepare the Creamy Alfredo Sauce:
Reduce the skillet heat to medium and add butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Pour in the heavy cream, allowing it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens. For an extra kick, sprinkle in more Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes, if desired.
4. Combine and Serve:
Add the cooked fettuccine to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat the pasta thoroughly.
Gently fold in the cooked salmon and lobster.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
